أعلنت شركة Valve عن نتائج جوائز Steam لعام 2022. كما هو متوقع، حصلت Elden Ring على جائزة لعبة العام. الفائزون الآخرون هم Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales و Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga و Stray.
فازت Hitman 3 بجائزة Best VR Game، لأن هذا الإصدار من اللعبة تم إطلاقه في وقت مبكر من العام الماضي. كما فازت Cyberpunk 2077 بجائزة Labor of Love ، للاحتفال بالألعاب التي تتلقى تحديثات أو اهتمامًا مستمرًا. في نظر العديد من مستخدمي Steam على الأقل، حيث تخطت لعبة Cyberpunk 2077 الإطلاقة الكارثي واصبحت تستحق التجربة الان بلا شك، كما قدمت حصريات PlayStation السابقة التي تم إصدارها حديثًا على الكمبيوتر عرضًا قويًا هنا، حيث تواجدت لعبتي Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales و God of War ضمن قائمة الفائزين بجوائز ستيم.
احتفالًا بإصدار Steam Deck لهذا العام، أضافت Valve جائزة Best Game On The Go، مما يسمح للاعبين بالتصويت على لعبتهم المفضلة ليأخذوها معهم. وفازت لعبة Death Stranding Director's Cut بهذه الجائزة.
